Lodestone

LODESTONE is a pixel-art idle game about digging deeper, refining what you find and building bigger.

Start with a pickaxe. Hand the work over to drills. Fill a Workshop with Furnaces, Crushers and Assemblers. Power it all with a nuclear plant next to your base. Then crush the whole world into eight Singularities and forge the Lodestone.

It is inspired by Minecraft tech modpacks (Feed The Beast): extract, refine, build bigger, unlock new ways to produce. Your factory grows on screen: the mine gets deeper, the Workshop fills up, the Great Projects get built.

FEATURES

- Click to dig, then drag drills into the mine to automate it

- A Workshop grid where placement matters: Crushers and Bellows boost the machines next to them. No conveyor belts.

- Three Disciplines to specialize in: Mechanics, Organics and Arcana

- Prestige into New Worlds, each with its own rules, look and Relic to collect

- A Power Plant beside your base: fuse Reactors and choose what each one powers (drills, Workshop, a Quarry Laser, Knowledge)

- An endgame built from your whole factory: 8 Singularities, then the Lodestone

- Active or idle, both work: unstable veins reward clicking, and the game keeps producing while you are away (up to 2 hours with upgrades)

- Endgame Mastery researches: absurdly powerful upgrades, in any order you like

- 24 achievements that unlock Workshop floors and 4 extra skins, each restyling the whole interface and the Quarry Laser

- A different mine style in every world

- About 2 to 5 hours to finish, then keep going for the full Relic collection and every skin

HOW TO PLAY

- Click the blocks at the edge of the mine to dig.

- Drag machines from the top bar into the mine or the Workshop. Drag them back to the bar to store them.

- Click a Workshop machine to choose its recipe or pause it.

- Fill the slots of each Great Project to unlock the next act.

SAVES

The game saves itself in your browser every 15 seconds. Open Settings (gear icon) and choose "Export to a file" to keep a backup or move your save to another computer. Clearing your browser data deletes your save.

PERFORMANCE

Settings lets you turn off particles, screen shake and animations, mute only the Quarry Laser sounds, or switch to a 30 FPS low-power mode.
